Welcome to Just Penneys..

Well, I'm glad you found me!

I've learned that blogging is sometimes like talking to myself, which is becoming the "norm" for me these days. Really!
It's quite the challenge and time consuming. The satisfaction it brings to me comes from communicating , learning and sharing with so many people, most of them strangers in "space"..
You know what I mean!

If you click on any "follower" , or below, on "other inspiration", you'll see what I mean...
There's so much to learn, find peace in or just have fun cruising! It's endless!

There are artists, writers,poets..
Great photography, design, and fashion..There's something for everyone, trust me!
I can't wait to visit them each day, or even each month..

A warning ! It's addicting. You can't visit once.. You'll need to return, again and again.

What fun you'll have!!!! And oh,the places you will go...

My advice?
"Sit down, step in, and hang on!"
Have fun..
I love hearing from you..

" MAINE ROCKS ! "

Our trip to Cape Elizabeth and Portland, Maine was incredible, as always. Family memories made by the ocean are always "keepers"..We picnic, walk, talk, laugh, discover, and share..It keeps getting better, and we're thinking that we should just pack it up and move to this rocky coastal part of New England .. Why not? We've certainly lived the busy, fun, city life. The intoxicating smells of the ocean are really what we love so much, and dream about. Why not wake up to this, and at day's end, sleep with the windows open, only to hear the crashing of the waves..? Of course, we had our " lobsta"; Just unreal! It's as if the water they come out of has sugar in it!! Clams, both steamed and fried were devoured also, and washed down with lots of wine..Ummm.... Portland is a fast growing city and has a huge artist community. There are lots of great, unique shops and boutiques, and we also found the communities to be very health conscious. Spas and yoga studios are scattered throughout Portland. Also, more biking on the roads than we've seen in a long time.. I wish I could fine tune my photo posting, and show you so many other great spots we love.. The turkey at the end of this post is one we drove by one day, and actually thought it was a dog, or bear cub! It was huge!!!!! I mean huge! It was strutting around the field and "fanning", so I couldn't resist. Guess I'll have to go back to find it come November? Have a really great day!!! xo, Penney
