"Une Empreinte de Moi Dans La Memoire Autres" guerlain
Welcome to Just Penneys..
Well, I'm glad you found me!
I've learned that blogging is sometimes like talking to myself, which is becoming the "norm" for me these days. Really! It's quite the challenge and time consuming. The satisfaction it brings to me comes from communicating , learning and sharing with so many people, most of them strangers in "space".. You know what I mean!
If you click on any "follower" , or below, on "other inspiration", you'll see what I mean... There's so much to learn, find peace in or just have fun cruising! It's endless!
There are artists, writers,poets.. Great photography, design, and fashion..There's something for everyone, trust me! I can't wait to visit them each day, or even each month..
A warning ! It's addicting. You can't visit once.. You'll need to return, again and again.
What fun you'll have!!!! And oh,the places you will go...
My advice? "Sit down, step in, and hang on!" Have fun.. I love hearing from you..
xo, Penney
Day Dreaming
As I pack up more of my stuff and life today, these are things that I'll be thinking about. I love to garden. This was the back of our home when the boys were in high school. Being raised in the city, I decided to teach myself to garden.. I spent my days outside all year, planting on the decks or around the house. I will be able to feel the cool earth on my fingers and hands again. Now I will scrub dirt, not only paint from my hands.
Although I love The Charles River with all of my heart, and it's been our "ocean" and back yard for 7 years, we dream about the taste of salty water on our faces and lips. The first thing I do when I get to the ocean, is wash my face and arms and legs, and taste the salt..
We will go fishing and hopefully, have a great, fresh dinner from our "daily catch!" (I just thought about something funny, and have to share it..(My husband might not think it's so funny). The day this photo was taken, my husband had just caught a wonderful striped bass, and when he finally pulled it in, and held it up for a photo op, we all started to laugh. He didn't understand, so we told him that his fly was open! but not until the camera caught it...I thought about posting that photo, but went with this nice romantic one instead. He'll be relieved that I let him "off the hook" this time..
These will be my day dreams for today....
What are you dreaming about?

Penney
